You can book without any advance, using the system of online booking site. The number of credit card will be provided only to mutual guarantee the reservation and no charges will be made ​​prior to check in. Alternatively you can book without credit card through the payment, by bank transfer or PayPal, a deposit equal to 50 % of the total booking.

For the booking we need the 50% in advance. You can pay with your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) sending number and date of expiration, or with a bank transfer.

Until 3 days before arrival: no penalties. After such term, the deposit will be charged (50%). After 48 hours before arrival or for no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property.

Price per room included VAT 10%, services and heating or air conditioning. The city tax of € 2 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.

On the day of arrival rooms will be available from 11:00 but if you arrive before you can leave your luggage at reception. The day of departure we ask you kindly to leave the room before 10.00 am. You can leave your luggage at reception and then take it just before your leaving.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds and are upon request and need to be confirmed by the Bed and Breakfast.
